The Oregon Housing Conference brings forward our leading voices on low income housing and sponsorships get the conversation going. To make your sponsorship successful we offer a variety of sponsorship levels and benefits. Please review the options below to find the sponsorship level that fits your needs.

Each attendee receives a 32+ page full color program, with ads from sponsors, keynote and presenter bios, a schedule of all live and recorded sessions, and comments from conference planners.  Consider our program as a way to recruit applicants, to increase your brand, to express your support.

We expect about 500 attendees with participate with the recorded and live sessions. Attendees can get continuing education credit based on their licensure from several sources.

GOLD SPONSOR – $2000
Introduce one of our keynote speakers to all conference attendees, full-page color ad in the conference digital program, agency logo in inter-session slide loop, promotional video up to four minutes in length to be played multiple times, agency name listed on website and recognition in social media and promotional messages, eight complimentary conference tickets

SILVER SPONSOR – $1500
Half-page color ad in the conference digital program, agency logo in inter-session slide loop, agency name listed on website, recognition in social media and promotional messages, six complimentary conference tickets

BRONZE SPONSOR – $1000
Quarter-page color ad in the conference digital program, agency name listed on website, four complimentary conference tickets

Group rate registrations are also available – $850 for ten people.

To receive a sponsorship invoice and IRS W2 form contact the conference coordinator prior to deadlines.

Sponsors can provide high resolution logo art and print-ready ad copy in PDF or JPG format by September 1 to be included in the program and promotional materials. Conference program ad sizes are full page 11×8.5, half-page 5.5×8.5, quarter-page 2.75×4.25 – horizontal or vertical.
